Your companion, cremated alone. Their ashes returned to you — theirs and theirs alone.
Individual cremation is the service most families choose. Your pet is cremated alone in a clean chamber. The ashes you receive are only your companion's — never mixed with others.
We follow a strict traceability protocol. Every pet is assigned a unique identification disc that travels with them through every stage. You never have to wonder whether the ashes coming home are really theirs.
Families who want their companion's ashes back — to keep at home, scatter in a favourite place, or divide among family members.
Common for:
A dignified farewell for families who do not wish to keep the ashes.
Families who want a respectful, dignified cremation but do not wish to keep the ashes. Perhaps you plan to remember your companion in other ways — photos, memories, a favourite walk.
Also commonly chosen for:
Your companion is cremated alongside a small number of other pets in a shared, dignified ceremony. Afterwards, the combined ashes are scattered with care in our memorial garden — a peaceful, tended space you're welcome to visit.
No pressure, no upsell. We'll talk you through both options and you choose what feels right for your family.
We come to you — home, vet, or you bring your companion to us.
We collect from your home at a time that works for you. Typically quick, often same-day — arranged with you, same-day in almost all cases. We arrive discreetly in an unmarked vehicle and handle everything with quiet dignity.
If your companion passes at the vet, we can collect directly from the practice. Many local vets know us and call us directly — just let them know you'd like us to handle the cremation.
Some families prefer to bring their companion themselves. It can be an important part of saying goodbye. We'll arrange a private appointment so you have the time and space you need.
