Newcastle Pet Cremation is an independent information and referral website operated by Paul Clarke / Black and White Boy SEO. It is not a crematorium and does not collect or cremate pets.
If you use the contact form, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, companion details, collection preference and any message you choose to write.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, check whether a participating provider may be available, and explain the next step. We do not sell your details or send marketing messages based on this form.
Your details are not passed to a crematorium merely because you submit the form. If a participating provider is available, we tell you who it is and ask whether you agree before sharing your enquiry with that provider. The provider then handles its own customer relationship, pricing, collection and cremation arrangements.
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form notifications are sent to the site operator through Telegram so enquiries can be reviewed. The site currently uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage. These services may process technical or submission data as part of providing their functions.
A participating crematorium typically keeps an enquiry only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a referral and meet any legal or accounting obligation. The site does not take payment or retain payment-card details.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information. To make a request, use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in the message. We will use the information you provide to identify and respond to the request.
