• We share your details (name, phone number, email if provided, companion details, collection preference, and any message you've written) with one trusted crematorium in your area — the one best suited to your needs
• That crematorium contacts you directly — usually within 30 minutes — with pricing and availability
• We do not sell your data to multiple providers, data brokers, or anyone else
• We do not use your data for marketing — no newsletters, no follow-ups beyond what's needed to ensure you were connected

Legal basis for processing: Your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the consent checkbox on our contact form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at care@petcremationnewcastle.co.uk.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:
